If you are after a proressional Model portfolio you come to the right place.
Your portfolio is your billboard, so therefore it’s paramount that it represents you completely. A Pre Portfolio meeting or discussion with our photographer is a great way to discuss “The Look!” and the direction of your portfolio shoot, discussing things such as theme, location & makeup etc.
Our Packages
There are a number of different set portfolio packages available, with the primary difference being in the length of your portfolio shoot. This can be determined by factors such as the number of clothing changes you may have. Another example could be the time required traveling to the shoot location, of which could be by boat to shoot in that Secluded Beach for example, or it may involve minimal travel because it’s a studio based portfolio only.
Package 1: $395.00 Two Hour Shoot. Includes all images on disk.
Package 2: $550.00 Half Day Shoot. Includes all images on disk.
Package 3: By far the most popular package that includes a full day shoot covering both studio and location at a cost of only $900.00. Includes all images on disk.
Custom Package: Where we can simply customize a package that suits you, and your budget, (priced accordingly).
Portfolio updates come at cost of $295.00 for a 2 hour session (models must already have a portfolio shoot with us to be eligible for this highly discounted rate).
Portfolio payment options make affordability easier on the budget so please ask about these (available on Premium, Deluxe & Custom Packages only).
THE SHOOT
Whether you're after some Personal Glamour or sensual Photos, or just want to build your model portfolio, we will help you to create the look you desire by using the latest photographic techniques in various poses and styles like: Glamour, Pinup, Fashion, Boudoir style, Fine Art, b&w Nudes, Fetish etc. we will supply a few glamorous wardrobe and props, and access to all types of outfits such as lingerie, bikinis, dresses, club wear, high heels, garter stockings, and other special outfits, You will have unlimited changes of wardrobe, yours or studios, to create a variety of looks and styles for your portfolio.
Our private photo shoots are now available to freelance professional Make-up artists, Hair Stylists and Wardrobe Stylists. By using the latest photographic techniques we can achieve a professional portfolio for your promotion or personal use, you will be able to use these images to create your own website or enhance your modelling career.
Before the photo shoot
Stay healthy, and get a good night's sleep. Try not to party the night before the photo shoot, if you are tired it will show both on your face and in your attitude. For most fashion shoots do not wear underwear, socks, or tight fitting clothes. Anything that presses on your body will leave red pressure marks which often can take up to one hour to go away. Also remember bras are usually never worn for fashion shoots, they leave undesirable lines.
What happens on the photo shoot
As soon as you arrive we will start by planning the shoot and discussing what look we want to achieve. I can set the lighting, background and surroundings to help set the stage for accomplishing your look. We work together to prepare your make-up, hair, and the right outfit for the shoot.
You have a dressing/changing/make-up room with bathroom to ensure total privacy while preparing and changing outfits, Then will we will start taking shots in digital format with deferent setups, lighting and outfits, you can change wardrobe as many times as you like, yours or studio's, and lastly, at the end of the photo shoot which could last up to 4 hours you will be presented with a CD with the best 50 high resolution edited images. Some times I might have to ask to leave the images with me so I can work on them digitally to enhance them, or to remove any unwanted details, this is also part of the service.
QUESTIONS and ANSWERS
How long does it take to receive my photo package?
Typically digital images are available instantly at the end of your photo session, but do allow 2 to 3 days for the CD and the prints to be ready for any retouching that need to be done. Other services including prints up to A0 size on paper or canvas please allow 1-2 weeks.
I'm nervous enough about having my picture taken; how will I feel if I'm in lingerie?
Many people can be, at least initially, uncomfortable in front of the camera; it's 100% normal. But my experience has shown that my professionalism will guide you through the process. Plus working in a familiar environment (rather than an unfamiliar studio) can help put you at ease.
Is my privacy and my photographs secure?
We maintain the security and privacy of all clients photographs. After shooting and viewing we remove all photographs from our computers. The photos are then stored in a safe location, where they cannot be accessed by anyone, apart from ourselves. Unless we are instructed by the client after he or she has received the images to destroy our copies, they will remain in our safe location for the period of two months then will be destroid. No clients photographs can be used by Stephen Wark without formal consent in the way of model release forms signed by the client.
Are the photography services for women only?
Yes, Stephen Wark photography studio is designed and operating exclusively for women or joined male partners in a photo shoot.
What should I bring for my session?
That answer depends on your photo needs, We do provide a few glamorous wardrobe and the props, but you may bring along any clothing, props and outfits that you may want to include in the photo shoot. Also you could bring along some ideas and samples if you know exactly what you want or have a certain look in mind, even though we see it as our duty to come up with creative ideas and poses, your specific ideas are always welcome, The more ideas we have, the better the results, guaranteed! Also bring a few underwear sets of different colours or bikinis.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course you can bring a friend! Is important that to feel comfortable and safe whilst you are working with us so please feel free to bring a friend along for your own safety and support. We do not advise bringing boyfriends or male partners along as they do tend to come along for the 'wrong' reasons and this can become very uncomfortable for both the model and the photographer. However please feel free to bring any other male or female friend along bearing in mind that some degree of nudity may be involved.
Is the studio fully equipped, and does it offer props and wardrobe?
Stephen Wark Photography is a Is a full professional home based studio, with the latest Hi-Tec lighting equipment, different backdrops of various colours, studio furniture for backgrounds and props. and with a dressing/changing/make-up room with bathroom to ensure total privacy while preparing and changing outfits. Glamour Photography offers a variety outfits, but it is a good idea to bring as many different items like lingerie, bikinis, dresses, stunning range of corsets basques, wide range of hats and gloves, club wear, high heel boots and shoes, garter stockings, fashion jewellery and glamour accessories from chokers to face veils, and other special outfits for the style and look we want to create, like: Glamour, Pinup, Fashion, Boudoir, b&w Fine Art, Fetish etc.
Do I have to be a certain age, or any specific size?
No, the majority of our clients are non professionals and they come from all walks of life and age group, we work with clients ranging in age from nineteen to seventy, and all sizes, from 6 to 20.
As professional photographers we have developed special techniques to enhance and capture the woman's perception of herself, and her strong desire to feel and look like a professional model. We will guide you throughout the unique photo session and we will work together on the composition, styles, deferent poses and outfits to achieve the best results.
Do you shoot on location?
Yes we do, but there is a $100 surcharge for photo sessions not in the photographer's studio area. Locations must be within a 35 mile radius of the Newcastle area. The surcharge must be paid and received prior to the date of the session to guarantee the date of your session to guarantee your appointment.
Where is the studio located?

Do you offer photo-retouching services?
Minor to moderate Retouching is included in photo shoot service like: colour correction on skin tone, removing skin marks, scars, cellulitis etc. Any other professional major retouching like: objects manipulation, digital liposuction and slimming, removing dark circles under the eyes and smoothing skin texture will be a fee charged depending on your specific requirements.
